David Alaba plays down departure talk

Bayern Munich left-back David Alaba insists that he is "feeling very well" at his current club amid talk of a move to Real Madrid.

Bayern Munich left-back David Alaba has denied suggestions that he could join Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The 22-year-old, who has scored five times in 29 games for his club this season, has been strongly linked with a move to the Bernabeu over the last couple of days.

Alaba's father and agent, George Alaba, however, has denied claims that he met with representatives from the Spanish club to discuss a move and now the youngster has too played down the speculation.

"I am feeling very well here. I am not even thinking about a transfer," Alaba told Kicker.

Alaba is contracted to the German champions until 2018.
