Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Danny Batth has spoken of his excitement at facing Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.
Batth, 22, spent two separate loan spells at the Owls in the past two years, helping them to promotion to the Championship last season.
However, despite having a soft spot for Wednesday, Batth insists that he is not looking to do them any favours as Wolves must come first.
"I was there for about a year and a half, so I got on well with both the players and fans alike. I still speak to a fair few of them now, so I'll definitely look forward to playing against them if selected," Batth told Sky Sports News.
"It is a club that is obviously very close to me now, but at the same time I have to be professional and make sure that I do the job that is given to me.
"There are precious points at stake and I'll do everything I can to make sure that they go next to our name rather than theirs, despite my obvious affinity for the club."
Batth, who has also spent time at Wednesday's rivals Sheffield United, made 54 appearances in his time on loan at the Owls.
