Tottenham Hotspur still without key trio

Tottenham Hotspur are still without Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele and Nabil Bentaleb ahead of Thursday's Europa League tie against Qarabag FK.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele and Nabil Bentaleb will all miss Thursday's Europa League game against Qarabag FK.

All three players were missing last weekend, and despite positive news surrounding the fitness of Eriksen, who has been battling a knee problem, Spurs will be without the playmaker at White Hart Lane.

Ryan Mason has joined his teammates on the sidelines after picking up a knee injury while scoring the winner in Sunday's 1-0 victory over Sunderland.

"Christian is progressing well, but not available yet," Pochettino told the club's website. "Mousa is out too and we hope Ryan isn't too long in his recovery, we need to assess him day by day.

"Nabil is out maybe two weeks more. We need to assess him as well, have patience and it's the same with Ryan."

Spurs meet Crystal Palace on Sunday after their first Europa League test of the season.
