Tottenham Hotspur have made nine changes to the side that beat Newcastle United on Sunday for their Europa League match against Rubin Kazan.

Heurelho Gomes starts in goal for Harry Redknapp's side, while Sandro, Aaaron Lennon and Danny Rose all make returns from injury.

Elsewhere, Tom Carroll earns a starting berth in midfield, and Roman Pavlyuchenko begins the match in attack with Jermain Defoe.
