Former Portugal international Artur Jorge believes that Andre Villas-Boas is capable of taking the reins at Paris Saint-Germain.

Former Portugal international Artur Jorge believes that Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas is capable of taking charge at Paris Saint-Germain.

The former Chelsea coach has been linked with the position at Parc de Princes due to the expected departure of Carlo Ancelotti, who has been heavily tipped to become the new Real Madrid boss.

"Today, PSG has become a very big team and Villas-Boas is able to lead big clubs," Jorge told Le Parisien. "In the end, that is the players who make the big things on the ground and Andre Villas-Boas will find them in Paris."

Villas-Boas spent his first season at White Hart Lane in the 2012-13 campaign and narrowly missed out on securing a Champions League spot for the club.
