Tottenham Hotspur interim head coach Ryan Mason could be boosted by the return of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg for Sunday's Premier League final-day clash with Leeds United at Elland Road.
The Danish midfielder was absent from last weekend's 3-1 loss to Brentford due to a knock that he sustained against Aston Villa, and Cristian Romero was missing for the same reason.
Hojbjerg is now back in training and could force his way back in, but Mason has conceded that Romero will not be available, joining Hugo Lloris (hip), Eric Dier (groin), Ryan Sessegnon (thigh) and Rodrigo Bentancur (ACL) on the sidelines.
With Romero absent and Dier recovering from a recent groin operation, Mason's hand is largely forced in defence, where Clement Lenglet and Davinson Sanchez should protect Fraser Forster again.
Ben Davies should also be given the nod at left-back if Spurs opt for a four-man rearguard again, but Pedro Porro will no doubt be eyeing a recall on the right over Emerson Royal.
While Hojbjerg and Oliver Skipp have often paired up in the middle, the latter was at fault for Brentford's third goal last week, so Yves Bissouma could hold his spot in the engine room alongside Hojbjerg if the latter is passed fit to start.
Son Heung-min, despite his struggles this season, is unlikely to lose his place on the right, but Villarreal loanee Arnaut Danjuma might be axed in favour of Ivan Perisic.
Aiming to score for the 26th separate Premier League game this season, Harry Kane continues to hold the fort up front for Spurs, and Richarlison may be in line for a recall alongside him as Dejan Kulusevski drops out.
Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup: Forster; Porro, Sanchez, Lenglet, Davies; Son, Bissouma, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kane, Richarlison
