Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed that the club have made a "good offer" for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Scott Parker.
Redknapp's interest in Parker has been obvious for a number of days but Fulham have also been linked with the 32-year-old England international.
"We've made a good offer to Scott. It's up to him to make his mind up now if he wants to come here," Redknapp revealed. "The chairman has agreed a deal with Tottenham. It's up to Scotty now.
"Hopefully Scotty will feel the same and come here. We feel this is a club progressing and we'd love him to be part of it here."
Parker and Redknapp worked together during the latter's time as Spurs manager.
