Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City have reportedly been told to fork out £70m if they want to sign Fiorentina's Dusan Vlahovic in January.
The 21-year-old has elected not to extend his stay at La Viola beyond 2023 and is widely expected to move on next year before Fiorentina lose him on a free transfer.
Man City and Tottenham are supposedly preparing to rival each other for the signature of Vlahovic, with Antonio Conte's side rumoured to be at the head of the queue.
According to The Sun, Fiorentina will not stand in Vlahovic's way if he wants to leave in January, but the Serie A side are not prepared to sanction a mid-season sale for anything less than £70m.
The report adds that Conte has identified Vlahovic as the first marquee signing he is keen to make at Tottenham, with the Italian hoping to take some of the pressure off of Harry Kane's shoulders.
Vlahovic has scored 10 goals and set up one more in 13 appearances across all tournaments for Fiorentina this term and played the full 90 minutes as Serbia qualified for the 2022 World Cup with a 2-1 win over Portugal at the weekend.
