Swansea City midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng could be close to a move to Sunderland, according to reports.
Ki was left out of Swansea's 18-man squad for their Europa League fixture with Petrolul Ploiesti on Thursday night, and it has been reported that he could leave the Liberty Stadium.
According to the Shields Gazette, Sunderland are interested in taking the South Korea international on loan as manager Paolo Di Canio attempts to add a creative midfielder to his squad.
Ki only joined the Swans last season, but after the summer signings of Jonjo Shelvey and Jose Canas, he could be allowed to leave the club.
