Torino have made their second signing in a week by snapping up the rest of Alessio Cerci's registration from Fiorentina.
Granata paid £2.2m for a 50% share in the 25-year-old in August and he went on to score eight goals in Serie A.
Viola will get Marko Bakic in return for the rest of his rights.
"Torino have resolved the co-ownership agreement concerning Alessio Cerci in our favour," read a statement on the club's official website.
"The opposite deal has been done for Marko Bakic, who is now to all intents and purposes a Viola player."
The Turin-based outfit sealed a deal for Swedish midfielder Alexander Farnerud on Wednesday.
