Chris Coleman eases Wales injury concerns

Chris Coleman eases concerns over the fitness of Joe Allen, Joe Ledley and Hal Robson-Kanu and is hoping to have the trio available for Wales's Euro 2016 opener.

Wales manager Chris Coleman has eased concerns over a number of fitness doubts in his squad ahead of Euro 2016.

Hal Robson-Kanu, Joe Allen and Joe Ledley will all miss Sunday's match against Sweden due to injury as Wales travel to Stockholm for their only warm-up game ahead of this summer's tournament.

However, Coleman revealed that the trio have made good progress in training and he is hoping to have them all available for the opening match against Slovakia in Bordeaux on June 11.

"We feared for Hal in Portugal at one point when the incident occurred. But he's had a good week and both Joes have trained with the group," he told reporters.

Wales will be appearing in their first major international tournament since the 1958 World Cup this summer.
