Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane will declare himself fit to face Manchester City on Sunday, according to a report.
The England skipper remains the subject of interest from Pep Guardiola's side, who are thought to be preparing to relaunch transfer talks following Sunday's clash in North London.
Kane returned to team training with Tottenham on Friday following his tropical holiday to the Bahamas, and Nuno Espirito Santo confirmed that a late decision would be made over his involvement.
According to the Daily Mail, Kane is prepared to make himself available to face his admirers on the opening weekend, although the final decision will rest with Santo.
City boss Guardiola confirmed in a previous press conference that his side were interested in Kane but changed his stance when questioned ahead of Sunday's game.
Kane enters the 2021-22 season after scoring 23 goals and setting up 14 more in 35 Premier League games last term, as well as netting four times for England en route to the Euro 2020 final.
