Rafael Nadal will not miss tournaments due to back injury

Rafael Nadal says that he will not miss any future tournaments due to a back injury that he suffered in the Australian Open final against Stanislas Wawrinka.

World number one Rafael Nadal has insisted that he will not pull out of any future tournaments due to a back injury.

The Spaniard suffered the problem during his 6-3 6-2 3-6 6-3 defeat to Stanislas Wawrinka in the Australian Open final last Sunday.

According to The AP, Nadal has said in a statement that he plans to compete in Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Indian Wells and Miami.

The Spaniard is expected to have another medical exam on his back on Monday.
