Aaron Ramsey "gutted" by Arsenal exit

Aaron Ramsey admits that he is "gutted" by Arsenal's elimination from the Champions League.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has admitted that he is "gutted" by the team's failure to reach the Champions League quarter-finals.

The Gunners earned a 2-0 win away to Monaco in the second leg of their last-16 tie on Tuesday, but it was the French side that went through on away goals following a 3-3 aggregate draw.

Arsene Wenger's side pushed hard for what would have been a decisive goal during the final 10 minutes, only to fall agonisingly short.

Arsenal are back in action on Saturday when they make the trip to Newcastle United in the Premier League.
