Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor has revealed that he wants to "kill" his old club Arsenal's hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.
Spurs are one point behind the Gunners in the Premier League as Andre Villas-Boas's side lie in fifth place with just two games to play this season.
Adebayor told The Mirror: "My head, my concentration, my focus, my life belongs to Tottenham. Arsenal was a different life. Now, I prefer Tottenham and everything belongs to Tottenham. I don't care what Arsenal do, what they achieve. That's not my problem anymore.
"If I can kill them, I will definitely kill them because we are in a game where you have to do your best for your team. And now I'm in Tottenham, I have to give everything to Tottenham.
"Of course, Arsenal can drop points. Why not? They have dropped points throughout the season and they can drop points again now."
Tottenham travel to the Britannia Stadium to take on Stoke City later today, while Arsenal face FA Cup winners Wigan Athletic on Tuesday.
