Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has reportedly identified Lyon forward Nabil Fekir as his number-one target for the summer.
In January, Wenger moved to sign Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, but it appears that the Frenchman is still keen to add to his attacking options.
According to the Daily Mail, the Gunners are willing to spend £45m to bring Fekir to the Emirates Stadium in an attempt to strengthen their bid to move up the Premier League standings during the next campaign.
Fekir has spent his entire professional career with the Ligue 1 side, scoring a total of 55 goals in 145 appearances in all competitions.
The 24-year-old is also capable of playing in more than one position in the final third, something which is likely to prove attractive to Wenger, while he has earned 10 caps on the international stage with France.
Fekir's contract does not expire until 2020 but Lyon have shown in the past that they are willing to sell their star men for the right price, with Alexandre Lacazette moving to North London for over £50m last summer.
