Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are all believed to be tracking West Bromwich Albion reject Borja Valero.
The Fiorentina midfielder signed for the Baggies in 2008 but, following a poor debut campaign, left for season-long loans at Real Mallorca and Villarreal, who he joined permanently in 2011.
He made the switch from La Liga to Serie A last summer and has impressed at the Viola, appearing in all but one of their 33 league matches.
According to talkSPORT, Valero's consistent displays have caught the eye of the Premier League trio, with Spurs apparently searching for a cut-price alternative to Joao Moutinho.
The 28-year-old made 36 appearances for West Brom in all competitions, failing to register a single goal.
