Tottenham Hotspur boss Andre Villas-Boas could reportedly move for Fiorentina midfielder Borja Valero at the end of the season.
According to talkSPORT, Villas-Boas has earmarked the former Villarreal playmaker to add competition to his midfield, with Scott Parker and Sandro both suffering injuries this season.
Reports in Italy have also claimed that the Spurs boss has watched the Spaniard on at least four occasions this season, but Real Madrid are also reportedly monitoring proceedings.
Spurs currently sit third in the Premier League table, two points clear of Chelsea.
