Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says that he has no intentions of lodging a bid for Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted that he is not interested in bringing France international Yann M'Vila to the Emirates.

The midfielder, who has been open about his desire to leave Rennes this summer, has been touted as a possible target for the North London outfit.

"No [I am not interested in signing M'Vila]," Wenger told the Arsenal's official website. "We wait on Diaby and Wilshere. When you look we have Song, Ramsey, Coquelin, Wilshere, Arteta and Diaby.

"In defensive midfielders and box-to-box players we are not short if they are all coming back. If we have setbacks in pre-season it could be different."

Meanwhile, the French boss has also hinted that winger Theo Walcott can easily be replaced, if the England international opts to leave the club this summer.
