Chelsea winger Willian is in talks over a new longer-term contract with the club, after Frank Lampard revealed that the 31-year-old could potentially stay beyond the end of the season.
On Tuesday, both the Brazilian and fellow teammate Pedro signed short-term extensions - taking them to the end of the campaign with the Blues.
In recent times, Willian has been heavily linked with a move to either Tottenham Hotspur or Arsenal, but his current manager believes he could stay in West London.
Lampard told reporters: "Yes we are still talking with the players and Willian in particular we are talking with him. I always felt confident that they would remain.
"They have been fantastic professionals for the club and servants in all senses and when you have that level of professionalism within you it was a sign that they wanted to stay and see out this season at least.
"So we will carry on talking and see but I think everybody's focus now is on these next games, the individuals themselves and us as a club."
During the 2019-20 campaign, Willian has managed five league goals and five league assists for Chelsea.
