Marc-Andre ter Stegen has insisted that he is not concerned with his lack of first-team football at Barcelona this season.
The German arrived at the Camp Nou from Borussia Monchengladbach in the summer, but has been forced to play second fiddle to fellow summer signing Claudio Bravo in the league.
Ter Stegen has impressed in the Champions League, however, and is expected to continue in goal for Wednesday's clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
"It is important to have the attitude and self-confidence to be Barca's goalkeeper and that I've got. I have confidence in myself and tomorrow I will play well," he told reporters.
"I do not decide who plays. We have to do our best in training. The most important thing is not stagnating, to keep improving.
"For me it's a fantastic feeling to be with these great players on the field. I look at Bravo and [Joel] Masip to learn. What I've learned is that at Barca one always needs patience."
