Sergio Busquets has suggested that Pep Guardiola is unlikely to ever coach Barcelona again in the future.
Guardiola has won two Bundesliga titles with Bayern Munich in his first job since leaving Camp Nou in 2012, and Busquets is hopeful that the Spaniard will return to the club in another role in the future.
"I don't think he'll return as a coach, but maybe someday in another function," the midfielder told Sport Bild ahead of Saturday's Champions League final with Juventus. "As a Barcelona fan you can only wish for his return someday.
"For me, he will always be the best coach. What he has done for the club as a player and as a coach will never be forgotten."
Guardiola currently has one year remaining on his Bayern deal.
