Javier Mascherano has called on the Barcelona fans to play their part at Camp Nou as the Catalans plot a Spanish Super Cup revival against Athletic Bilbao on Monday.
Luis Enrique's side must score at least four times tomorrow after Aritz Aduriz's hat-trick helped Bilbao to a shock 4-0 first-leg victory at San Mames on Friday night.
With a super-human effort needed, the Argentine defender calls for a partisan crowd as the Blaugrana - who won the treble last season, before winning the UEFA Super Cup on Tuesday - aim for a fifth trophy of 2015.
"The fans have to play the same role as in recent years," he told reporters. "In big matches they have always been behind us and they have helped us to plenty of important wins.
"We have had games at home where the fans have been the number 12.
"We have to show to the fans from the first minute that we can come back. If they see that then they will get behind us."
Victory for Bilbao would see them lift their first trophy since 1984.
