Pedro returns to Barcelona training

Winger Pedro could be fit to play in Barcelona's next La Liga fixture against Real Zaragoza.

Barcelona winger Pedro could be in line to feature against Real Zaragoza next weekend after making a recovery from an ankle injury.

The 24-year-old sustained the problem during Barca's 1-0 away win over Granada last month.

The complaint forced him to miss Spain's defeat to England at Wembley yesterday evening, while he also has been absent for Barca's matches against Mallorca, Viktoria Plzen, Athletic Bilbao and Hospitalet.

He trained alone on Saturday morning and will join in with the remainder of the squad when they return from international duty.
