Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Sunday's La Liga clash with Levante.

Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele could earn a recall to the starting side for Sunday's La Liga contest with Levante.

The France international was left out of the starting side against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League on Thursday night, ultimately appearing for the final 28 minutes of the quarter-final first leg.

Dembele has provided eight assists and one goal in his last six league appearances, though, and is pushing to replace Adama Traore for this weekend's league match.

Barcelona are set to be without the services of Gerard Pique due to a groin problem that the defender picked up against Frankfurt.

As a result, Ronald Araujo could shuffle across to the middle alongside Eric Garcia, with Dani Alves, who is not in the team's Europa League squad, featuring at right-back.

Head coach Xavi is unlikely to make wholesale changes from Thursday's European tie, but there should be a return for Frenkie de Jong in midfield, with Gavi potentially dropping out.

Samuel Umtiti and Ansu Fati are both making strong progress in their injury recoveries, with the pair back in training, but they will not be involved in this match.

Meanwhile, Memphis Depay, Sergino Dest and Sergi Roberto are also still out through injury.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Alves, Araujo, E Garcia, Alba; Pedri, Busquets, F de Jong; Dembele, Aubameyang, Ferran
