Barcelona will reportedly insist on trying to sell Samuel Umtiti and Clement Lenglet during the January transfer window.
While Lenglet was used on a regular basis during 2020-21, the 26-year-old has since joined his French compatriot in being regarded as backup by Ronald Koeman.
Lenglet has featured for just 96 minutes in La Liga, and it appears that the Catalan giants have not changed their mind about the left-sided centre-back.
According to Lesportiudecatalunya.cat, Barcelona want to ease their financial issues with the sale of Lenglet and Umtiti.
At a time when the former has made the odd appearance, World Cup winner Umtiti has only featured as an unused substitute.
With a need to reduce their wage bill, president Joan Laporta will consider loan bids as well as any offers for a permanent exit.
