Inter Milan have reportedly signed Brazilian midfielder Rafinha on loan from Barcelona following lengthy negotiations.
The Italian club has secured the 24-year-old's services until the end of the season, with the option to sign him permanently in the summer for a fee of €35m (£30m) plus €3m (£2.6m) in bonuses, according to Sky Sport Italia.
The deal ran into delays as Barca were said to be reticent about the idea of giving Inter the option to sign Rafina permanently at the end of the season.
Rafinha is yet to make a first-team appearance for Barca this season due to injury, but is nearing a return to action having passed a medical with the Serie A outfit.
The Brazil international still has two-and-a-half years remaining on his Barcelona contract and will return to the club at the end of term if Inter choose not to sign him permanently.
