Lidakevicius had been at Oakwell since 2011, but the Lativan Under-21 international failed to make a single first-team appearance for the Tykes.
Silva was a summer signing in 2012 after failing to make an impact at Liverpool.
However, the Portuguese winger only went on to make one appearance for the Yorkshire outfit last season.
