Rob Hall has left West Ham United to join Birmingham City on loan until January.
The 19-year-old has played seven times for the Hammers but manager Sam Allardyce has allowed him to further his development at St Andrews.
Birmingham City manager Lee Clark said: "Rob is a very quick-footed attacker who has got great ability to go past defenders.
"He creates great opportunities for himself and others. He's also got a great strike of the ball.
"It was quite a coup getting Rob because he's been doing really well in the development squad at West Ham which has got him on the bench for most of the season in the Premier League."
Hall is expected to make his debut during Birmingham's match with Derby County on Saturday.
