Bookies pay out Celtic bets after reinstatement into Champions League

After Celtic's reinstatement into the Champions League, bookies pay out all bets that backed the Scottish side to make a comeback.

Bookies have paid out bets that backed Celtic to come back against Legia Warsaw after the Scottish champions were reinstated into the Champions League.

Ladbrokes had already paid out bets that backed the Polish side to advance in the tournament.

Celtic were originally knocked out by the Polish side 6-1 on aggregate but it was the Scottish side that advanced to the next stages after their opponents were found to have fielded an ineligible player.

Bets for a Celtic comeback were then honoured once the news was announced that it would be the Bhoys who would be continuing in the Europe's elite competition.
