Portuguese official Pedro Proenca has been chosen to referee the Champions League final between Chelsea and Bayern Munich on Saturday.
The 41-year-old will oversee the fate of the two sides at the Allianz Arena this weekend after being chosen by UEFA for the highly anticipated clash.
Proenca, who has officiated five matches in the European competition this season, was in charge of Manchester United's semi-final second-leg 4-1 win over Schalke last year.
Proenca's last match in the Champions League was Inter Milan's 2-1 victory over Marseille in the round of 16.
