Roberto Di Matteo claims that Chelsea will start their strongest this weekend.

Chelsea assistant boss Roberto Di Matteo has said that Chelsea will field their strongest side in the FA Cup tomorrow.

The Italian, whose team welcome Championship outfit Portsmouth to Stamford Bridge this weekend, insists that Chelsea are eager to go as far as possible in all competitions this season.

"We will play what will be our strongest team, looking at the fitness level of the players," he said.

"This club has been very successful in the last decade in this competition and we would like to continue this.

"We are still in three competitions and we aim to go as far as possible and to win these competitions."

Meanwhile, the Blues are in fourth place in the Premier League, 11 points adrift of first place.
