Jose Mourinho: 'I have unshakeable belief that Chelsea will win the title'

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho reveals that he has 'unshakeable belief' that his side will win the Premier League this season.

Jose Mourinho has revealed that he has 'unshakeable belief' that Chelsea will win the Premier League title this season.

The Blues boss remains confident of his side's chances of winning the league, especially since Chelsea are no longer in Europe's elite competition.

"I think our answer is going to be good. I really believe we are going to win. I have the same belief in these players. Unshakeable. Absolutely. Absolutely," he told reporters.

"Our situation is good. It's better than anyone else's. Everybody would love to be in our position. This is what we want to do. I closed with the players the chapter on the Champions League. We closed the chapter, but we still have the book to write. We have 11 more matches to finish the book. Let's see if the last page of the book is with the Premier League trophy in their hands."

Chelsea have a five-point advantage over Manchester City in second, with a nine-point gap between themselves and third-placed Arsenal.

A win for the Blues this weekend against Southampton could extend their lead at the top to eight points, depending on how other results go.
