David Silva wants to continue away form against Chelsea

Manchester City midfielder David Silva is keen to win at Chelsea this afternoon, in a game 'worth six points'.

Manchester City midfielder David Silva is keen for the team to continue their impressive away form against Chelsea this afternoon.

City struggled away from home at the beginning of the season but last week's victory at West Ham United and an away win in Europe has renewed their confidence.

Silva admits that Chelsea will be difficult to beat at home, but is determined to come out on top in a game 'worth six points'.

"I am sure Chelsea will be fighting it out for the title as the season progresses," Silva told The Observer. "This game is very important.

"We have never won at Chelsea since I came to City but we'll be doing everything we can to end that run. They are a good side, but even stronger at home. If you play one of [Jose Mourinho's] sides you know you will be up against difficult opponents.

"Whatever game you play in you only get three points, but some games are more important or difficult, and sometimes points are worth six if you are playing a team like Chelsea."

City travel to Stamford Bridge take on Chelsea at 4pm this afternoon.
