Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho makes two changes to his team for their clash against Hull City as Filipe Luis and Ramires start at the KC Stadium.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has made two changes to his team for their Premier League clash against Hull City at the KC Stadium this afternoon.

Filipe Luis and Ramires come into the starting lineup in place of Cesar Azpilicueta and Oscar from the side that drew 1-1 against Southampton last time out.

Hull boss Steve Bruce has made two changes to the side that drew 0-0 against Leicester City last week.

Abel Hernandez and David Meyler come into the team to replace the injured Nikica Jelavic and Tom Huddlestone, who is suspended following his sending off against the Foxes.
