Chelsea are reportedly lining up a move for Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos this summer.
The 30-year-old defender has been at the Bernabeu for 11 years but is among a number of players rumoured to be made available by Los Blancos at the end of the season.
According to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, incoming Blues manager Antonio Conte has made the capture of Ramos a top priority and has sanctioned the sale of Branislav Ivanovic to accommodate his arrival.
Serie A outfit Roma have already held talks with Chelsea about the possible capture of 32-year-old Ivanovic, who has one year remaining on his contract in London.
Ramos has also been linked with a switch to Manchester United in recent weeks.
