Wojciech Szczesny wants Leicester City to win title

Arsenal's on-loan goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny admits that he wants to see Leicester City claim the Premier League title.

Arsenal's on-loan keeper Wojciech Szczesny has said that he would like to see Premier League leaders Leicester City win the title this season.

The Polish stopper, who has been with the Gunners since the age of 15, is currently on a season-long loan with Serie A outfit Roma.

"No-one in football can explain the Leicester miracle," he told Sky Sport Italia. "Even though I support Arsenal in the Premier League, I'd like to see Ranieri's side win it.

"They're an example and an inspiration to everyone. It's exciting to watch them play."

The Foxes hold a 10-point lead over their London rivals with six games of the season remaining.
