Chelsea could reportedly snatch Lyon attacker Nabil Fekir from Liverpool before this summer's transfer window closes for business.

Chelsea could reportedly snatch Lyon attacker Nabil Fekir from Liverpool before this summer's transfer window closes for business.

Fekir has been strongly linked with a move to Liverpool over the last few months, but the Reds have found it difficult to secure a deal for the 25-year-old, who was in action for winners France at the 2018 World Cup.

The attacker admitted earlier this week that he could still leave Lyon before the transfer window closes, and according to France Football, a move to Chelsea is on the cards.

Fekir scored 23 times and contributed eight assists in 40 appearances in all competitions for Lyon last season.

Chelsea, who lost 2-0 to Manchester City in the Community Shield at the weekend, will round off their preparations for the 2018-19 campaign with a friendly against Lyon on Tuesday night.
