Having been knocked out of the Champions League at the hands of Bayern Munich in the last-16 stage, Chelsea can now turn their attention to the transfer market ahead of next season.
Frank Lampard failed to win a piece of silverware in his first season in the Stamford Bridge dugout, and the Blues manager will no doubt be looking for ways to improve his squad as Chelsea look to challenge for honours next time around.
Lampard has already secured the signatures of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner, and here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on further possible comings and goings from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea to secure Kai Havertz deal next week?

With Bayern supposedly out of the running to sign Bayer Leverkusen star man Kai Havertz, Chelsea are now said to be leading the race for the 21-year-old's signature.
However, Leverkusen's season is not over just yet as the club are still competing for Europa League glory, meaning that Chelsea could be forced to wait before swooping for Havertz.
However, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Blues could seal a deal for the German playmaker as early as next week if Inter Milan knock Leverkusen out of the Europa League at the quarter-final stage.
The German outfit are not prepared to let their most prized asset go on the cheap, though, and it will reportedly take a bid of €80m (£72m) to prise Havertz away from Leverkusen.
Chelsea 'standing firm on Tiemoue Bakayoko asking price'

After failing to impress upon his arrival at Stamford Bridge, Tiemoue Bakayoko continues to be linked with a move away from Chelsea.
The Frenchman has spent the last two campaigns on loan at AC Milan and former club Monaco respectively, and Bakayoko is reportedly desperate to seal a permanent switch to Milan and end his underwhelming time at Chelsea.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Blues will not sanction a sale for anything less than £19m, despite the fact that Bakayoko is not thought to be in Lampard's plans for next season.
Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be keeping a close eye on developments surrounding the midfielder, who is allegedly willing to take a 50% pay cut to force a move to San Siro.
Chelsea 'prepared to spend £20m on John Stones'

Following the arrival of Nathan Ake at Manchester City, John Stones has fallen further down the pecking order under Pep Guardiola.
The Englishman was restricted to just 16 Premier League appearances in the most recent campaign and is widely expected to head for the exit door at the Etihad this summer.
According to The Mirror, Frank Lampard is eyeing up a £20m swoop for the England international, whom he believes can come good at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are looking to shore up their leaky defence in time for the 2020-21 campaign, which has led to the futures of Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Kurt Zouma and Fikayo Tomori all being called into question.
