Dinamo Zagreb have reportedly rejected an approach from Chelsea for their 18-year-old goalkeeper Adrian Semper.
The teenager represented Croatia at the Under-17 World Cup last summer and has played for Dinamo's youth team against both Arsenal and Bayern Munich this season.
According to Goal.com, a representative from Chelsea travelled to Croatia to meet with Dinamo, but the Premier League club were informed that the stopper was not for sale.
The same report claims that Chelsea were prepared to offer just shy of £2m to bring Semper to London this month.
Thibaut Courtois and Asmir Begovic are currently the two first-team goalkeepers at Stamford Bridge.
