Chelsea will reportedly actively look to sell Cesc Fabregas in the winter transfer window.
The Spain international has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge under new boss Antonio Conte and is yet to start a Premier League match this season.
It is understood that AC Milan attempted to sign the 29-year-old on transfer deadline day, but Chelsea turned down the approach due to their busy fixture list over the next couple of months.
However, according to The Express, Conte is prepared to sell the Spaniard in January and will instruct the experienced midfielder to find a new club for the second half of the 2016-17 campaign.
Fabregas, who returned to English football from Barcelona in the summer of 2014, was a second-half substitute in Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Swansea City in the Premier League on Sunday.
