Antonio Rudiger is expected to leave Chelsea for AC Milan before the transfer window shuts on Monday evening, according to a report.

Chelsea centre-back Antonio Rudiger is reportedly on the verge of completing a deadline-day move to AC Milan.

The 27-year-old, who has previously impressed in Serie A with Roma, is out of favour under Frank Lampard and has yet to feature this term.

Rudiger is into the final two years of his deal and, according to 90min, the Blues are keen to offload, with Milan the strong favourites to land his signature.

Tottenham Hotspur and former club Roma are also believed to have showed an interest in the Germany international.

Milan have won their opening three Serie A matches and have battled through to the group stage of the Europa League.
