Gary Neville has urged England boss Gareth Southgate to make "three or four changes" to his XI for Thursday's 2018 World Cup clash with Belgium.
The Three Lions have already booked their spot in the last-16 stage of this summer's tournament, and will face Belgium for the right to top Group G.
Belgium boss Roberto Martinez is said to be considering changing his entire XI for the clash in Kaliningrad, and former England assistant manager Neville has urged Southgate to shuffle his pack ahead of the knockout round.
"Roberto Martinez is planning on making changes as he's planning to win the competition. From an England view, it's important to give the squad faith and trust," Neville told Sky Sports News.
"If there are three or four changes to be made we should make them as you won't get a chance to make those changes. Now is the only time."
England have beaten Tunisia and Panama in their two Group G fixtures this summer - scoring eight times in the process.
