Everton new boy Morgan Schneiderlin praises the club's fans following his full debut and promises that there is more to come from him this season.

New Everton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has thanked the fans for their support on his full debut for the club.

The January arrival from Manchester United made his first start for the Toffees during Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium, completing the full 90 minutes despite his lack of game time throughout much of the campaign.

Schneiderlin praised the away fans who made the midweek trip to Stoke, but promised that there is more to come from him as the season progresses.

"The fans were brilliant. I loved it to play in front of them. They were loud and they lived up to their reputation, so I'd like to say thank you for that," he told the club's official website.

"But it's just the start. I want to give a lot more, I can give a lot more and I will do that when I get into my rhythm and I'm sure we will complete some great things."

Everton will look to extend their unbeaten run to seven matches when they host Bournemouth on Saturday.
