Everton to bring back Henry Onyekuru in January?

Everton are reportedly keen to bring summer signing Henry Onyekuru back from his loan at Anderlecht in January.

Everton are reportedly working on a deal to bring Henry Onyekuru to Goodison Park earlier than planned.

The Merseyside outfit bought the 20-year-old forward from Eupen in the summer for a fee thought to be in the region of £7m, but immediately sent him on loan to Anderlecht due to not having a permit granted.

Ronald Koeman's side have scored just four Premier League goals in seven matches and are in desperate need of some firepower up front.

According to 90minutesgoal, the Toffees are working on bringing Onyekuru to the club when the transfer window reopens in January.

The report claims that Everton will try to secure a work permit for the Nigerian using a "special talent" clause.
