Sports Mole takes a look at co-hosts Gabon's chances at this year's Africa Cup of Nations.

Gabon's co-hosting of this year's tournament means that they were able to bypass the often tricky qualification process.

Gernot Rohr's side, who are currently ranked 77th in the world, are not expected to make many waves at the tournament when they feature for the fifth time in their history.

Group: C

Players to watch out for:

Daniel Cousin

The former Rangers and Hull City striker now plays for local side Sapins. With eight international goals to his name, he is one of his country's main strike threats.

Cedric Moubamba

Having won over 50 caps for Gabon, defensive midfielder Cedric Moubamba is one of the country's more experienced players. He will be expected to steady the ship in the face of stronger opposition.

Previous best: Quarter-finals 1996

Odds to win outright: 28/1
