Huddersfield Town and Ipswich Town played out a stalemate at John Smith's Stadium in their Championship clash this afternoon.
The Terriers started well as they controlled the game, and Adam Clayton had a couple of half-chances but couldn't force Town keeper Stephen Henderson into an early save.
Lee Novak had a great chance to give his side the lead after being put through by Clayton but at the critical moment he scuffed his shot, allowing Ipswich to clear.
Ipswich hadn't threatened in the game but came to life just before the break and only a block from Tom Clarke stopped Luke Hyam giving the Tractor Boys the lead.
Huddersfield had a chance to take the lead minutes after the restart but Henderson denied them, making two great saves first to stop Novak and then from the follow-up from Neil Danns.
Substitute Theo Robinson should have given the Terriers the lead when he was put through on goal but he lost his composure at the last minute, missing the ball completely and spurning the opening.
