Ipswich Town attacker Frank Nouble has revealed that he would be prepared to represent the Ivory Coast.
The 22-year-old has played for England at youth level, but he qualifies to represent the African nation because his parents were born there.
With the World Cup on the horizon, Nouble has admitted that he would be "very happy" to represent the Elephants.
"[The Ivory Coast Football Federation] have just said keep playing well. The current squad is reaching a climax and a new generation will come through in the next couple of years, which hopefully I will be involved in," he told East Anglian Daily Times.
"England or Ivory Coast, I would definitely represent either, because international football is international football. I'm not thinking about it right now, but I would be very happy to play for Ivory Coast as that is where my parents are from."
Nouble signed for Ipswich from Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2013.
