Juventus cruise into last 16

Juventus coast into the last 16 of the Europa League with a 4-0 aggregate victory over Trabzonspor in Turkey.

Juventus have coasted into the last 16 of the Europa League with a 4-0 aggregate victory over Trabzonspor in Turkey this evening.

Arturo Vidal fired the visitors ahead on the night within 18 minutes, smashing home from close range after Sebastian Giovinco saw his initial effort saved.

Pablo Osvaldo, who scored the first in last week's 2-0 win in Turin, found the target once again, prodding home on 33 minutes to give the Bianconeri a four-goal lead in the tie at half time.

Antonio Conte's charges missed a slew of opportunities throughout the second half to build on their already healthy advantage, with Giovinco guilty of spurning numerous chances to add a third on the night.

The hosts should have given their fans something to celebrate in the closing stages but Ozer Hurmaci fired wide of goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.
