Antonio Conte hails "extraordinary achievement"

Antonio Conte says that Juventus want to continue their good form after winning their 11th consecutive Serie A match.

Juventus manager Antonio Conte has praised his side after winning their 11th consecutive league match.

The Bianconeri came from behind to claim a 4-1 victory over Cagliari, and Conte was delighted that they set a new club record with the result.

"It's an extraordinary achievement, the fact in the history of Juventus – knowing the teams they had – never managed this before is amazing," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"The lads deserve applause, as football can go so quickly that you barely have time to enjoy these moments.

"Now we want to continue this positive streak, knowing full well there will be teams lining up to stop us."

Juventus are eight points clear of Roma at the top of the Serie A table.
